“We have been fortunate in the Washington D.C. Metro area, some experts would say that inside the beltway, there never was a housing crisis,” says Hetherington.  “However, we are in a transitional market, and our leadership team at New Millennium has been actively discussing ‘the new normal.’  This includes helping our clients establish perspective when embarking on a real estate transaction, one that focuses on their long-term objectives and is sustainable.  I look forward to engaging with my peers at the CEO Exchange regarding these trends and the road ahead.”
