Education at New Millennium

Start Your Real Estate Career

New Millennium University (Virginia) and New Millennium Real Estate School (Maryland) are your first steps to a successful career in real estate. We offer the 60-hour state-required Principles and Practice of Real Estate course at seven convenient locations across Maryland and Virginia. The best part? We cover the cost of your course for our instructor-led Principles classes, you are just responsible for the cost of the books (approx. $80). We also offer an online option for the Principles course through RE Campus for $289 (no additional books required).

Upon successful completion of the Principles course (including a final proctored exam), visit a PSI testing center within one year to take your official national and state exam. This combined exam must be passed with a 70 percent score in both sections, and costs $61 each time you need to take it. At this point, your can have your license number assigned by DPOR (Virginia) or DLLR (Maryland) and attach it to the brokerage of your choice.

At CENTURY 21 New Millennium, we provide outstanding team support, certified coaching, ongoing training, award-winning technology tools and the blueprint to help you take your career to the next level.

Virginia Post-Licensing and Continuing Education Classes

The Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) requires all active new salesperson licensees to complete a Board-approved 30-hour post-license education (PLE) curriculum within one calendar year of obtaining their salesperson licenses in order to remain on active status.

Following the first-year post-licensing requirement, DPOR requires all brokers (24 hours) and salespersons (16 hours) who have renewed their license at least once before to complete Board-approved Continuing Education to keep their license active.
