JASON CARRIER
Jason Carrier is Executive Vice President of NM Management, Inc., an Alexandria, Va., based company whose core services organization provides real estate sales and service support to clients in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. NM Management, Inc., includes CENTURY 21 New Millennium, 1st County Mortgage, LLC, Bay County Settlements, Inc., Bay County Title, LLC, NM Commercial Services, NM Relocation, and NM Referrals, Inc. It is the parent company of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, ranked the number one CENTURY 21® firm in the world since 2012 with production numbers surpassing more than 6,900 other independently owned and operated CENTURY 21 offices in 78 countries. In his role, Carrier focuses on growth through marketing, training, recruiting, and strategic acquisition opportunities.
In addition to serving as EVP for NM Management, Inc., Jason is the Branch Leader of the company’s McLean, Va., branch. With more than $250M in annual sales volume, the McLean branch is consistently among the top-10-producing offices within the CENTURY 21 franchise system worldwide. Jason has also recently been tabbed to lead the company’s Rockville, Md., branch as well as NM’s 20th location, the new Arlington, Va., branch.
Mr. Carrier entered the real estate environment in March 2002, joining Cendant Corporation as its Senior Director of Business Development. During that period, he worked as liaison between PHH Mortgage and ERA Mortgage Development, which further developed his strong skills in operational management, mortgage development, systems training, and brokerage growth. Prior to joining New Millennium, Carrier directed a consulting team consisting of ERA’s Regional Vice Presidents and Business Consultants to deliver an operational review program, complete with instruction manual, which resulted in selected ERA companies seeing significant increase in growth and profit.
Jason earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Maryland, where he was a standout lacrosse player, and later played professionally from 2000-02. He coaches youth lacrosse and is an active promoter of community events including those supporting wounded military combat veterans.
