We walked in off the street, having just moved to VA from CA. The lovely receptionist, Brooke, gave us Dawn's name, and we met almost immediately. I feel I will be unable to adequately express my gratitude to this OUTSTANDING Realtor. I had sold my parents' home in CA and and am now trying to sell mine, and my impression in general of Realtors is right there with ambulance-chasers. HOWEVER, this woman was truly a Godsend. Dawn was absolutely on top of everything, with constant communication and availability. Without fail, she stayed on the backs of the loan originators, as well, and kept them in line for a timely closing. We originally had hoped to find 1+ acres of land on which to build, and Dawn searched all possibilities, and within the first few days even brought in a well known contractor who looked at my dream plan and conveyed that the cost would be far beyond the designer's estimate. Consequently, we had to change plans. But Dawn made excellent use of our time by showing us realistic properties until we found the perfect home in a surprisingly short time. IN ADDITION, she is a wealth of information concerning the local trades: She recommended a marvelous contractor who has already begun on our home, within a day of closing, and in whom I have complete confidence. She has quality tree trimmers, painters, and even a delightful cleaning woman who will come regularly. Since we are clueless, having just moved to this state, these connections have made our transition virtually painless. On top of her absolute knowledge in regard to everything we have needed, her calm, "no problem" personality was an added bonus. My own Realtor in CA tells me Realtors do not respond after showings, and have unethical ideas. Dawn, on the other hand, is scrupulously honest. I ADORE this woman and wish I had a large circle of home-buying friends to whom I could refer her. I must add, also, that this particular Century 21 office has stellar personnel. The Universe struck gold for me when I by chance stopped at this office. Dawn had told me she recently returned to Real Estate.
