When I think about my favorite aspect of my career, I would have to dedicate that title to my ability to guide real estate agents toward growing their businesses while also assisting buyers and sellers in one of the biggest transactions of their lives. Providing real estate agents with pivotal training, knowledge, and support based on today’s best practices and advancements in technology is one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.
Furthermore, the process of helping buyers and sellers navigate the intricacies of purchasing or selling both residential and commercial properties is a driving passion of mine. I’ve carried these values into my career and my current roles as Managing Broker, Commercial Operations Manager and a licensed real estate broker for Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.
Backed by almost 10 years of real estate experience under my belt, I enjoy looking back at my first year in the field and the mistakes I had to make to learn and get to where I am today. Initially, I stepped into the industry with the motivation to give my friends and family caring and trusting service as they made their first real estate purchases.
With a love for leadership, I soon took on influential roles within the field and even joined the Board of Directors. I wanted to make a difference by developing agent talent and helping them excel in their roles as buyer and seller advocates. Offering our real estate agents superior professional development opportunities as a means of giving our buyers and sellers an exquisite experience has become my career’s guiding light.
When I am away from the office, I enjoy spending my time giving back to charitable causes such as the local animal shelter or the American Diabetes Associations (as a type-1 diabetic myself). Exploring the world is also a favorite pastime of mine, and you can often find me planning for my next trip! Even when I am not at work, I am consistently researching the real estate sector to stay updated on today’s best practices and trends.
