TOMMY HIGGINS
Tommy Higgins is Executive Vice President, Services & Standards at NM Management, Inc. an Alexandria, Va., based company whose core services organization provides a complete range of real estate sales and service support to clients in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. NM Management, Inc. includes CENTURY 21 New Millennium, First County Mortgage, Bay County Title and Escrow, NM Commercial Services, NM Relocation, and NM Referrals, Inc. In his role, Higgins focuses on services and standards by ensuring the company’s culture is reflected in its marketing, services and special events.
In addition to serving as an EVP for NM Management, Inc., Tommy is the Branch Leader of the company’s White Plains, Md., branch. Under his leadership, the White Plains office has acquired the largest market share in Charles County, Md., of any real estate brokerage.
Tommy began his career in the finance and banking industry, where he served in senior management positions enhancing critical aspects of organizations’ business and financial operations. He entered the real estate business in 2002 when he joined CENTURY 21 New Millennium’s Solomons, Md., office as a dual-career agent. After a very successful two years, he became a full-time agent, and assumed the Branch Leader position at the La Plata, Md., office in 2005. In 2013, when the company acquired the Waldorf, Md., office from another brokerage, he assumed the Branch Leader role there as well.
Tommy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Augustana College, a small private Lutheran College in Rock Island, Ill. He grew up in Quincy, Illinois, located on the Mississippi River across from Hannibal, Mo. (home of Mark Twain). He has been with his partner for 28+ years, and is a dog lover with two large labs, Champ and Reny. Travel is one of his passions.
