Alexandria, Virginia, October 10, 2011 — CENTURY 21 New Millennium is pleased to announce Shea Byers has joined the company as Director of NM Commercial of their Virginia and Washington, D.C. regions. He will lead the commercial real estate brokerage there and also serve as Branch Leader of a soon to be established Washington, D.C. office.

Shea has successfully built and managed two boutique real estate companies from the ground up and brings with him a wealth of leadership talent, sales management experience and immense positive energy, even in the face of challenging market conditions, timelines and financial constraints.
He is an Executive MBA student at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., an avid golfer and member of the Army/Navy Country Club. He also enjoys traveling to Latin countries to practice his Spanish language skills.
