CENTURY 21® New Millennium will be opening its offices of the future in Stafford, Fredericksburg and at its newest location at One Loudoun Plaza in Loudoun County.  In doing so it isn’t waiting for the future to arrive.  Instead CENTURY 21 New Millennium is creating it.  At a time when most brokers are still supporting large branch offices with individual agent offices a lot of brick and mortar, CENTURY 21 New Millennium is charting a different course.

CENTURY 21 New Millennium CEO Todd Hetherington says that, “we view Stafford, Fredericksburg and all of Central Virginia as a great market and we intend to expand our footprint in it to make CENTURY 21 New Millennium the destination broker for agents and clients. Redesigning our offices supports that objective.”

All three locations will be an example of what most industry experts think the real estate office of tomorrow will look like. “We pride ourselves on being cutting edge in every way and the new office designs are a good example of that,” said Hetherington. He went on to say “the offices will be sleek and modern with state of the art conference rooms and yet it is also designed with a warm, inviting atmosphere that will make it a place clients will feel comfortable in and agents will want to bring people into.” He elaborated further by describing how the office will have a coffee bar type of feel where agents can come to plug in their tablets, have access to the internet, confer with other agents and have the benefit of support staff functions.

Agents in Loudoun and Stafford will not have individual private offices and long gone will be the days of a branch office full of cubes. The Stafford location will take on the feel of a boutique office while Fredericksburg will include all of the coffee house ambiance of Stafford while retaining individual office and work spaces for agents. CENTURY 21 New Millennium agents can work out of either office, both of which will be fully equipped and supported.

“The reality is that in today’s world of smart phones, tablets, and electronic document creation, agents don’t need to come into an office every day to do what they need to do,” said Mary Lynn Stone, President of CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Stone added, “The type of offices we are designing will enable us to provide the type of high tech and high touch office both agents and their clients expect while continuing to provide designated work and storage space for agents.”

While change can be unsettling, many CENTURY 21 New Millennium agents are embracing it. Natalie Holt, a REALTOR® at the Stafford office said, “I think this is totally awesome. It’s exciting, it’s fresh and it keeps us out front. I love the idea.” Robin Butler from Fredericksburg says, “I for one love change. This company and their leadership, since I have started with them have always stayed miles in front of the curve. CENTURY 21 New Millennium is constantly brainstorming and executing the latest in technology as well as this latest venture of a new state of the art facility for not only their agents but their community. Nothing like this has been done in this area and I am once again excited to be a part of a company that continues to supersede my own potential in providing their agents endless possibilities to reach new levels.”

Cory Green, also from Fredericksburg adds, “CENTURY 21 New Millennium is the number one CENTURY 21® franchise in the World. This is a result of strong leadership at the top, and relentless dedication to the success of the agents and branches. We recently received the news that the central region will be blended and will be one of the first in the state to be converted to ‘real estate offices of the future.’  This progressive approach and bold leadership is exciting, and I am honored to be part of it. This change will enhance the tools and technology that we are accustomed to using, and incorporate the newest and upcoming technologies to further our ability to serve the public at the highest level. The future is now, and CENTURY 21New Millennium is leading the way.”

The current lease on the Stafford office expires at the end of 2013 making this the ideal time for a move into an office of the future. Meanwhile, the Fredericksburg office will also be getting its big facelift and the build-out of all three locations is set to begin shortly. The Stafford boutique will be moving to a new location in Doc Stone Plaza.
