“Mark Stock was talking about online leads generation and conversion the day he joined our New Millennium team as leader of the Chantilly Branch back in September 2015…and he hasn’t stopped. The results he has produced there are very impressive.” That’s what CENTURY 21 New Millennium CEO Todd Hetherington said earlier this month while announcing Stock’s promotion to Director, Online Leads Management and Conversion.
Before joining NM, Stock headed up a successful team of agents. He remembers fondly his years “on the streets,” and when you talk to him, his passion for the business quickly becomes apparent. When Hetherington and NM President Mary Lynn Stone approached him about moving into a company-level position, he was instantly intrigued and excited. They all saw it as a “round-peg, round-hole” opportunity that will potentially benefit the company’s 850-plus agents, regardless of experience. New Millennium already has phenomenal numbers of leads, and Stock’s deep knowledge of the tools and resources available to generate, manage, and convert high-quality online leads will add to our agents’ productivity and profit.
Replacing Mark in Chantilly is a gentleman well known by NM’s senior leadership. Ms. Stone stated that the company is incredibly excited to introduce Kumar Patel as the new leader of the Chantilly Branch, which has 90 sales associates and consistently ranks in the top 10 CENTURY 21® offices in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Over the past 15 years, Patel has held a variety of positions in the real estate arena, which included international sales and service roles for Realogy’s predecessor, Cendant, and with Sotheby’s International in both service and operations roles. And, added Hetherington, “He’s been a practicing agent. But on top of all that, he is one of the most positive people I’ve ever been around.”
New Millennium’s promotional material talks about providing clients with a “positive, memorable experience.” It sounds like Kumar Patel and C21NM are a perfect match.
