CENTURY 21 New Millennium announced today that Jimmie Jennings III, REALTOR®, is the new Vice President and Branch Leader for the company’s Columbia, Md., location.
Jimmie says he has been thinking about today for quite a while. He has been in the real estate business for several years, having transitioned into a full-time role following early retirement after 27 years with UPS. Excellent management and communication skills he developed at UPS have helped him become a well-known top-producing real estate professional and relationship builder within the Prince Georges, Md., and Washington, D.C. communities and real estate markets.
Having worked several transactions with sales associates at CENTURY 21 New Millennium, Jimmie came to appreciate and admire the company’s focus on agent training and customer service. So, he was pleasantly surprised when he got a call recently from Mary Lynn Stone, President of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, saying she’d like to talk to him about a leadership role in the company. Ms. Stone said she has been aware of Jimmie’s exceptional professional accomplishments, but she has also taken notice of his involvement in local community programs. She added that “It is a combination that is important to us, and we are delighted to have him on our leadership team.”
Mr. Jennings earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bowie State University. He and his wife, Tracy, have four adult children, and reside in Bowie, Md.
