Cheryl Bare of CENTURY 21 New Millennium’s Waldorf Office was recently awarded the 2017 Diamond Award for overall sales volume by the Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®, naming her in the Top 1% of licensed REALTORS® in Calvert, Charles and St. Mary’s Counties.
CENTURY 21 Real Estate has also nationally recognized Cheryl Bare with the Grand Centurion Producer Award for her 2017 production in excess of $36 million. Bare is one of a select group of CENTURY 21 sales professionals worldwide to be recognized as a Grand Centurion. This places Cheryl in the Top 25 of Individual Producers nationally for the CENTURY 21 brand for 15 consecutive years, and in the Top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide.
