Kathleen was the rockstar of this sale. She pushed the price beyond what all of the brokers had suggested and made a str ong case to back it up. Then she went the extra mile to make sure the house looked spectacular, and to make sure everything went through smoothly. She is a gem.
Her experience and skill when it comes to home sales is phenomenal. I still can't believe we got the price I wanted AND it was under contract in a few days of being on market.

Kathleen and her team Whitney Petrelli were amazingly diligent and responsive through several property searches and acro ss several time zones and health and family issues of the client. They kept the search and purchase process moving smoothly and coordinated with the many other parties that were involved, inspection, Title company, seller's brokers etc. We have only positive things to say about our experience with Kathleen and her team and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Fauquier and surrounding counties.

I lived about 2 hours from the property I was selling and Kathleen did an excellent job making it easy on me to do every thing online or in a convenient location. She was very knowledgeable on staging the property to sell. It was important for me to sell the house quickly and she was able to that without sacrificing the sales price. I would definitely reccomend Kathleen to any of my family or friends.
