We have used Amanda Dixon Nash for the sale of 3 homes and purchase of 2. She is amazing and very responsive. She is tho rough and asks all the right questions and provided all the information we needed. We will use her again for any and all purchases and sales of houses. Amanda is very patient and listens to her clients. We believe we received the top sales prices for the 3 homes she sold for us. One sold in 2 days, 1 in 12 minutes ( included showing and response time from other agent they were placing a contract on it), and the other less than a month. We also believe she helped negotiate well for the two houses we purchased for fair market prices. I do not think we could have found a better agent. Ava Bowden and Christy Mausen assisted her/us a couple of times and there was no lack of knowledge. They cared and were both patient and kind.
