My name is Kathy Holstrom, and I’ve been a licensed realtor for more than 20 years. I grew up as an Army dependent and, after my father retired, we moved to Vienna in 1967. I have been with my husband since 1975, and we have two grown children. Northern Virginia has been my home for more than 50 years. My family is my passion, and I also enjoy reading, trying new recipes, walking, sightseeing, swimming, and sitting on the beach daydreaming.
As an entrepreneur, I owned and operated Dani’s Duds, the oldest and largest children’s consignment business in the region for nearly 30 years. I have worked in both public and private education for the past 15 years, and before that, corporate research and development. I also volunteer with Fairfax County Volunteer Solutions.
I am an active participant in the Northern Virginia community, which means I know the market and the clientele inside and out. I thoroughly enjoy working with new and seasoned buyers by prioritizing budget, location, and timeline to find the perfect house that they can make their perfect home.
When selling, I put my organizational expertise to work with smart staging design and a strong listing and marketing plan to ensure their home sells fast and at the best possible price.
I would be honored to work with you, whatever your real estate needs. I offer enthusiasm, experience, perseverance, and dedication.
