I believe that a successful real estate transaction requires clear communication and proper expectation management. In my role as a top producing REALTORⓇ at The Matt Wyble Team of CENTURY 21 New Millennium with more than 200 transactions since March 2017, I aspire to live up to this notion by holding myself to the highest level of ethics and care for my clients, building relationships after the sale has closed, and advocating for the Deaf Community.
With an intensive background in customer service, having run my own business for 15 years prior to my real estate career, I am passionate about helping people and exceeding expectations. My professional values can be summed up as follows:

One unique thing about me is that I’m a CODA (child of a Deaf adult) and I’m fluent in American Sign Language. The Deaf community is routinely underserved when it comes to available resources in the real estate world, due to the lack of effective communication and understanding of Deaf culture. This is something that I work hard to overcome. My team is able to remove these hurdles so that everyone has equal access to phenomenal real estate services.
In my leisure time, I enjoy golfing and boating. My wife and I are our 3 children’s biggest supporters, watching them participate in their activities and sports weekly.
