When we first arrived in Maryland, we were looking to rent a property. Once our first real estate agent, that was assign ed to us at Century 21 realized this, she tossed us aside and into Joanna’s care. Joanna took us to see several rentals, and then a property for sale at my request, merely on a whim. Joanna helped us to see the cost differences in renting vs buying, without any pressure one way or the other, and so we decided to buy. We were on a time crunch to find a home and get out of a hotel, and Joanna worked tirelessly, to smoothly get us our home. Once the sale was completed, for years thereafter, she would always be available to answer any questions we had about the area and would send us a holiday card and a pie. We loved that we never felt forgotten, and because of this, we always recommended her to other incoming military families. Joanna has become more like family. Given the circumstantial delay in picking and buying a house, and the birth of my 3r d child, she stuck it out with us. Got us the lovely home we waited almost 2 yrs to find and purchase. She is without a doubt patient, informative, and dedicated to her clients. any 1st time buyer would be lucky to have her Not afraid to get dirty when inspecting or viewing homes. U will not get the short end of the stick Purchasing while adhering to her guidance She has become a family member to us all, my wife, 3 boys and myself adore her When Joanna knows you, she knows your compatibility. I have not dealt with any negative person, or aspect during this process. Joanna is great! She took so much time with me being that my husband and I were first time homebuyers, and my husband wa s out to sea. Being a military wife herself made the experience that much easier because she knew what I was going through.
