Esther Camarotte Appointed Principal Broker for Virginia & Washington, D.C.
Esther Camarotte has been appointed Principal Broker for Virginia and Washington, D.C., as well as Principal Broker for the firm’s commercial division and REO/HUD operations.
She will continue serving as Vice President and Branch Leader of the Gainesville and Warrenton (Va.) offices.
Licensed in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia, and Delaware, Esther brings more than three decades of brokerage leadership experience across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Most recently, she served as Principal Broker for eXp Realty in Virginia and D.C., and as Principal Broker for eXp Commercial across Virginia, D.C., and Maryland, overseeing brokerage operations and agent support at scale.
Guided by a belief in practicing real estate with a conscience, Esther is known for her strength in compliance, disciplined risk management, and hands-on leadership in support of agents and clients alike. Her experience across residential, commercial, and government-related transactions positions her well for this expanded role.
Lisa Jalufka Named Principal Broker for Maryland, Pennsylvania & West Virginia
Lisa Jalufka has been named Principal Broker for Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In this expanded role, she will also provide broker support for NM Referrals and Your Lead Network.
She will continue serving as Vice President and Branch Leader of the Winchester (Va.), Inwood (W.Va.) and Greencastle (Pa.) offices.
Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, Lisa has held supervising or principal broker responsibilities since earning her broker license in 2004. She has overseen multiple CENTURY 21 New Millennium offices in supervising broker and branch leader roles across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia markets. Since 2018, she has served as MJD Supervising Broker, providing multi-state oversight and supporting licensees across much of the organization.
With more than two decades of brokerage leadership experience, Lisa is known for her clarity in compliance, steady risk management approach, and ability to simplify complex brokerage operations across jurisdictions. Her leadership has strengthened professional standards and agent confidence across the markets she serves.
