As a longtime Fredericksburg resident and a full-time REALTOR® since 2015, I bring local market knowledge, marketing expertise, and business experience to every transaction. Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent more than 25 years in advertising, marketing, and business ownership. With a degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and experience owning and operating a successful direct-mail advertising franchise, I understand the importance of strategic marketing, effective communication, and attention to detail.

For sellers, that means thoughtfully positioning and marketing your property to attract qualified buyers and achieve the best possible outcome. For buyers, it means providing the market insight, research, and guidance needed to make sound decisions in a competitive and ever-changing real estate market.

Having called the Fredericksburg area home for decades, I’ve watched our communities grow and change. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of Spotsylvania County, Stafford County, the City of Fredericksburg, King George County, and surrounding areas with clients who are discovering everything our region has to offer.

My connection to the Fredericksburg area goes well beyond real estate. I’m actively involved with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce, serve as a Chamber Influencer, and serve on the board of IMGN Life. I’m also involved in my church and enjoy opportunities to give back to the community.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, biking, traveling, and exploring the neighborhoods and beautiful landscapes that make this area such a wonderful place to call home.
