The typical home sale involves more than 200 steps from the initial contract acceptance to the day of settlement. Moving is hard! My job is to make buying or selling a home with all of its associated activities as stress-free as possible, easy to understand, and, at times, even fun!

After more than 16 years as a licensed Realtor, I still find it thrilling to help people find the right house to call home and negotiate successfully on their behalf! I am fortunate to be part of a four-person team of full-time, licensed Realtors with more than five decades (wow that’s more than 50 years!) of collective experience. The best part – they are all FAMILY!  One of my best decisions, after marrying my husband, who is also a teammate, was to accept the offer of my sister-in-law, Susan Stachelczyk to trade my Pennsylvania real estate license for a Maryland one and join her at Century 21 here in southern MD.
