      We've used Chuck three times in the past 15 years. We would never consider anyone else. He's a pro and knows his busine ss and I never question his recommendations. He's also very clear to remind us we're the customer and the decisions are ours to make. He works for us, not the other party. There's no one better.       I wasn't sure that I would be buying a house when I first contacted Chuck Bryant. I got his name at the recommendation of a friend who was also considering buying a house. After discussing our shared military background and what I was looking for, I knew that Chuck Bryant was the right realtor for me. Everything went as smooth as possible on our end, but there were a few minor issues. Chuck Bryant expertly navigated me through them. Chuck Bryant was always available through text, phone or email when I had questions. The only other person that I dealt with directly was Dave Strauss. He was amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Not sure if it was Dave or Marilyn Wong, but someone contacted my home owners insurance company to let them know the closing date had changed...very nice and welcomed touch. I was very impressed with the whole team. I got an amazing deal! I am very happy overall. I got exactly what I envisioned when I first decided to look for a house. Chuck Bryant explained the next step in the process when we were on the previous step. He proposed solutions for me when there were decisions to be made.
