      We purchased this home from Terry when we moved to the area. We went back to her when we purchased our next home because we were impressed with Terry's knowledge of the area and her experience with the buying/selling process. In short, we came to trust Terry implicitly. We trust her judgement and understanding of the real estate process. We then asked her to sell this house for us and she did. She took care of every aspect and helped us through some negotiation hurdles. I don't believe it would have gone nearly as well without her. Terry advised us as to pricing and produced the documentation to back the figures up. She then advised us in the negotiations and had offer and acceptance before the first open house. She advised us on prep work and had professional photos taken. She handled all aspects from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with Terry's performance. We have come to think of her as more than a real estate salesperson. We think of her as our friend. I can't say enough about Terry's abilities. If we ever buy or sell another house it will be with Terry Cheatle. We only dealt with the other staff a few times when we were contacting Terry. Everyone was very helpful. Every aspect of buying two homes and selling one with Terry was just what a person could hope for. Terry knows her stuff. She's very knowledgeable about the market, construction and all the legal parts of real estate transactions. I trust her judgement. She made the sales experience a good one. I'm sure every sales transaction has some issues. Terry handled each of ours with professionalism and in a timely fashion. I don't think we could have done it without her.

      Terry has been working with my family for many years. She helped me, personally, through the sales of properties of bot h my father and uncle which were located in VA while I am in CA. I used Terry because my father highly recommended her. When he said that, I committed to working with her and no one else. When I first met with her, she was very knowledgeable and professional and then her follow up was wonderful. So that doubly sealed the deal. I was solicited from other Realtors over the last few years, but I didn't consider working with anyone else. Additionally, because of the time difference but mostly because I'm overcommitted with 4 children, 3 different schools, running my own business, traveling and other responsibilities, I often had lag times on my responses to her. She was always patient but made sure to keep me in line. I would highly recommend Terry. Hands down.
