Roy Bowerman manages and directs operations for the Annapolis and Severna Park branches of CENTURY 21 New Millennium, where he leads a group of award-winning professionals comprising one of the top real estate teams in the Mid-Atlantic Region. CENTURY 21 New Millennium has offices in 21 locations throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia providing a complete range of residential and commercial real estate sales and service support. Prior to joining CENTURY 21 New Millennium, Roy had more than 30 years of Sales Management experience with a Fortune 100 insurance company. His responsibilities included recruiting, training, and developing independent insurance agents and sales managers. He holds the respected Chartered Life Underwriter Designation (CLU).

Roy’s experience and strong leadership skills prepared him well for the challenges of growing the Annapolis branch from seven sales associates in 2007 to more than 10 times that number today. Roy received his real estate broker’s license in 2010 and is recognized throughout Maryland real estate as a knowledgeable and unflappable professional. He is an excellent trainer and is a certified mentor of the Buffini Peak Producers training program.

Roy is a past board member of Annapolis Boys & Girls Club and current member of West Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on their Military Affairs Committee.

Roy and his family have lived in the Annapolis area for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Clarion (Pa.) University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
