I was certified as a candidate through the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM). I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors, and the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors. I was certified through the National Association of Realtors as a Military Relocation Professional. An immediate family member is a Captain in the Army Reserve who earned the Bronze Star Medal in 2013 and the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award in 2014.

I have resided in Southern Maryland for more than 50 years and am very knowledgeable about the community, schools, transportation system, etc. in the area. I retired from the District of Columbia Government after 34 years of service.
