Michelle joined Century 21 New Millennium March 2017 as a full-time realtor with six years of real estate sales experience. Born in Yokosuka, Japan, to a Navy Master Chief (Ret. 31 years of service), Michelle, along with her military family, moved to various locations in the U.S. and abroad. She is a graduate of Howard University and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
Prior to working as a full-time real estate sales person, Michelle enjoyed a vicarious government career in the field of Economic Development and Housing and Community Development around the region including the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, Md.; Prince William County, Va.; Prince George’s County, Md.; the State of Maryland serving 23 counties and the City of Baltimore. She is an expert in working with corporate relocations, military families/veterans (Base Realignment Closure – BRAC), first-time home buyers, retiring and downsizing sellers/buyers, luxury home sellers /buyers and those with estate and short-sale needs. She has experience in working with major lenders, homeownership programs, Navy Federal Credit Union and USAA.
Michelle provides assistance to both residential and commercial clients. As an economic development professional, some of the companies for which she assisted with expansion and/or relocation include but are not limited to Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Computer Sciences Corporation, Hughes, Booze Allen, AT&T, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, DIGENE, Johns Hopkins University, IBM, University of Maryland, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), MedImmune, American Type Culture Collection, North American Vaccine, Human Genome Sciences, the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security.
Michelle recognizes that a home is usually the largest single purchase of the average person and often is the beginning of wealth. She takes pride in providing an extraordinary level of service to her clients while seeking the wonderful place called home. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys music, dancing and HGTV. She is a long-time resident of the Washington Metropolitan area and has a comprehensive knowledge of multiple communities.
