Mike was great! He showed us around to all homes we wanted to see in a timely manner. He even did work while he was on vacation - he worked up a contract and offer we submitted to a seller. Although that deal didnt work out, Mike continued to show us houses until we found "the one". Thanks to Mike's hard work, we are now happy first time Maryland homeowners.

Michael Ervin treated me as a client and as one professional to another. He was courteous and respectful at all times. W e discussed my wish list and then Michael developed listings that captured my requirements. Michael is detail orientated and a good communicator as well. He responds appropriately to questions and concerns and strives to close issues as quickly as he can. I would recommend Michael to anyone and I will use his services again should I make another move.
Michael Ervin balances everything that comes with buying and selling houses perfectly. I have never seen him take notes yet he remembers every little detail, big ones too, and handles every detail so there are absolutely no surprises.
