(He was even known to be up late at night, sending us emails so that we could respond when we woke up! VERY dedicated!) I strongly recommend Michael Gailliot to anyone I know. He has proven himself through every moment of this home buying p rocess. His knowledge as we walk through homes has been very supportive. In addition though, he is honest when he does not know and is quick to research and find out information for me. He is very patient as I have asked some of the same questions multiple times as I try to gain more understanding about pieces to this whole process. He is always respectful and professional. When my daughter would go with us on house showings, he was always respectfully playful with her and helped her to feel an important part of this process as well when she needed it. She now tells me that "Mr. Gailliot is my pal". Mr. Gailliot was always easily reachable, even when he was out of the country during some of the days after I had a contract on a house, he was still so on top of things that I never would have known he was not right here in Virginia, had he not told me. This is a scary process to buy a home...especially as a first time home-buyer. Mr. Gailliot has helped to ease my concerns and fears along the way. He is honest and thoughtful in his responses, and I have felt free to be honest and open with him as I figure things out along the way.
