My interest in real estate was launched while working as a senior-level manager in the land development industry employed by many civil engineering firms throughout the MD, DC, and VA metropolitan area. Eventually I opened my own land development firm employing civil engineers, land planners, and administrative staff. After selling my land development firm, I embarked upon a new home sales career with two separate national home builders, receiving numerous awards such as $4 million in sales, $5 million in sales and another award for $6 million in sales, each within a single calendar year.

M. E. Holmes Enterprises, LLC currently has a highly active real estate and property management practice. As the managing member of M. E. Holmes Enterprises, LLC, I have enhanced my real estate professional qualifications by expanding my knowledge-base within the real estate community and completing the coursework or certification process with many local, state and national organizations such as; the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) with the Community Association Institute (CAI); Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) with the National Association of REALTORS®; and the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC) requirements for a Broker’s License. I am also a leader in the Baltimore-Washington Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), as well as a board member at the national level of NARPM.
