Maria Strong's name had been communicated among some of our friends. We felt comfortable choosing her when selling our h ome, when the time was right. Maria Strong is a total professional. We have purchased and sold homes prior and truly appreciate when an agent drives the deal and provides only needed updates. I really only had one interaction with the buyers throughout out the entire process and that was after the deal was completed. From the beginning Maria Strong handled all the logistics with our potential buyers. The buyers were our current renters. Once we made the move to sell we no longer had to communicate with the renters, it was 100% Maria Strong handling all the communications and logistics. Selling to our renters was not a seamless deal. There were many hurdles to overcome for the buyers. Maria worked the issue with the buyers and loan officer, over and over while always keeping my best interests in the forefront. I felt completely confident and informed throughout the deal.
