Lisa McGee, MBA, MHA has made Northern VA home for more than 20 years having lived in Fairfax, Prince William County, Arlington, Alexandria and Springfield. Lisa relocated to the area after departing the Jersey Shore where she grew up. Licensed in Virginia and Maryland, her clients describe her as straightforward, professional, and honest. Having been a buyer, seller, investor, and landlord during her time here in Northern VA, she truly is a local real estate expert who knows this market.

Lisa helps her customers achieve their real estate goals in Northern VA in any price range whether it’s a single-family home, townhouse, condo, land, or more recently commercial real estate. She specializes in working with military families, luxury properties, and people moving from out of state to the Northern VA area. Lisa is both a NVAR Top Producer and has achieved Director’s Club Status with her previous brokerage. She takes great pride in listening to and connecting with her client’s unique needs. In fact, her late father who was a WWII vet also had a successful career as real estate agent on Grand Bahama Island in the Bahamas.

Lisa graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Marketing degree and earned a double master’s from the University of Maryland, Global Campus with an MBA and Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She is a member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Lisa had a successful career as a strategic marketer for leading healthcare organizations and non-profits negotiating contracts, working with families transitioning loved ones into skilled nursing facilities, and now uses those skills on behalf of her clients in developing customized marketing strategies including social media marketing to help her clients sell their homes and skillfully negotiate for her buyer clients.

Outside of real estate, Lisa enjoys fishing, reading U.S. History, and listening to music. She is the mother of two daughters, and a dog mom of rescue pup Onyx and long-haired Chihuahuas named Coffee and Ginger Bear.
