We had listed the property a year before with a recommended broker who did not live in the neighborhood. When we decided to list the property again, it was important to us to select someone who knows the neighborhood and cares about it. It really made a difference.
Laura kept us appraised of what was happening with other properties in the neighborhood so that we were aware of where we stood and evaluate our options. This was important to us because we were no longer living in Virginia and not able to visit the property often.
