Metro area, Kristy decided to marry her passion for real estate with her well-refined marketing and negotiating skills in 2011.
Kristy earned the honor of Rookie of the Year based on her first-year sales volume and service to her clients. Since then, she has become a Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Maryland Association of REALTORS® and Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®. In 2018, she earned Top 100 CENTURY 21 Individual Producer, Mid-Atlantic 2018 and Masters Emerald Producer 2018. In 2019, the Washingtonian recognized her as a Top Residential Real Estate Producer. Her tenacity and extreme focus on her clients’ needs and goals is what has made her successful in the profession.
She is a native Marylander and currently owns property and resides in Port Tobacco, Md., with her husband and two young children. Kristy is an active member in the community, her son’s school’s PTO, both her daughter and son’s sports teams and her family’s church. When she’s not working, you will find her spending time with her husband, kids, extended family, friends and pets. She loves the outdoors and likes to enjoy the four seasons that Southern Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C. have to offer.
She also owns property in Alexandria and spent over a decade as a Virginian. Living and owning property in the markets she serves is important to her. She can give firsthand knowledge of SoMD, NoVA and D.C. markets and communities to her buyers and sellers. She is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.
