      Jill Long is top in her field as few carry her professionalism, responsiveness and insights. She is such a joy to work w ith. Jill pulled the comps and helped us negotiate the top offer to be considered with every detail, down to earnest deposit increase advantage. The escalating clause gave us just enough room to be top offer. Jill is so responsive to both the market and client needs. For many reasons we needed to take more time in our search. Never was it inconvenient or did she push us into any decision. Jill Long is an institution of how and what a broker is to represent. Smart, patient, responsive and ready to seal your deal.       We contacted Jill and she came over and met with us at a time that fit our schedule, spending the necessary time to revi ew the property give us her perspective on the potential to sell and reviewing the contract. During the process we were kept updated on the showing schedule and then after we had a contract Jill kept us updated as she had any new information on where the process stood. This included time to notify us of schedule and events while she was away on vacation.
