My wife and I were in the process with another agent and loan officer but it wasn't working out and we found ourselves d oing a lot of the leg work. That was when I got in touch with Fred Marcellus and he pointed me in the right direction with a great loan officer. Everything went so smooth working with Fred. He really did a great job in listening to what we wanted in our first home. He walked us through the process so well that at closing my wife and I did not have any worries at all. We both felt that he was really looking out for us throughout the process. Fred was very on top of things if something came up.
