There was no question in my mind that we were going to use Francoise for the selling and purchasing of our homes. She i s nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Francoise recommended we do some things to our house to prep it to sell. There was a concern because we were putting it on the market the week before Thanksgiving in a neighborhood where there were already 5 houses on the market that had been sitting for months.
We put the house on the market on a Thursday, had an open house on Sunday and an offer on our house Sunday night. Truly believe it was because of Francoise attention to detail in prepping my house to sell.
Francoise always looked out for her clients on both the selling and buying processes.

Francoise was superb for us even over the holiday season. We called her up the day before Thanksgiving and closed two da ys after Christmas. She was always responsive, friendly and polite even during a time when she should have been relaxing. She recommended we not wait to buy our house and she was right -- another offer came in the same day, but ours won because Francoise gave us the right pricing and timing advice. Even after closing she's been a huge help with the last few things we've needed to move in. Would highly recommend!
