Florie is very knowledgable about the market. She responded to my text messages late at night. She went above and beyond what other agents are willing to do. She always had my best interest in mind and ensured I was very comfortable along the way.
This was an all cash offer looking to close quick and Florie did a great job at keeping the purchase/escrow moving forward.
As an investor the most important thing for me is that the agent is an expert in the market and understands not only the sales market but also an expert on the rental market in the area.
