About Denise
Hello! My name is Denise Pagan. I am a Virginia transplant, as I was born in Savannah, Georgia and raised in Louisiana. I went to Louisiana Tech University, graduating with an English major and a Biology minor. I taught at a school for several years, including a few years with the Department of Defense in Ankara, Turkey. Once back in the United States, my husband was accepted at MCV in Richmond into the Endodontist Residency. Upon graduation, we decided to settle in Spotsylvania. We purchased a farm and raised five children. We raise horses, cows, chickens, geese, and peacocks, and love every bit of farm life.
I decided to become a Realtor in 2008, at first because I love houses, architecture, and land. Along the way, I found something I loved even more: finding the house that would become someone’s home. From the first-time buyer, teaching and leading them down a sometimes harrowing path to finding a second home on the lake for the growing family’s dream vacations, to helping people downsize to start their retirement, full of travel and new adventures. Farms are always a favorite of mine as well, from the farmettes to the working farm, I enjoy navigating from the septic to the pasture grass. I have devoted 17 years to studying real estate, and hopefully I will enjoy twenty more.
