Corinne has lived and worked in Vienna, Va., for most of her life and has extensive knowledge of the greater Washington D.C. area. A former Fairfax County public school teacher, Corinne is a Certified Military Relocation Specialist and an experienced CARTUS Relocation Agent. She is also a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and has formed professional relationships with estate sales companies, estate and elder care attorneys, down-sizers and home stagers. Working with skilled and experienced contractors, she has successfully supervised renovations and updated estates in preparation for sale. We had watched Corinne and her team staging the house next to ours a few years ago and were very impressed. They worked long hours, often late into the evening. She sold that house very quickly in December. We met her during the process; she demonstrated both a total commitment to her clients and a deep understanding of the McLean housing market. It didn't hurt that she was charming and engaging. She was our only choice when we decided to put our house on the market. Our house (and the one next door) is unusual for McLean--a Victorian outside and a contemporary inside. We also had virtually no backyard, only a side patio. Therefore, finding the right price was critical and complicated, and Corinne was dogged in her research, providing us with detailed analyses on an ongoing basis. She and her team also had a clear vision of how our house should be presented. Our confidence in her knowledge, ability, and dedication to our needs grew rapidly. One simply cannot begin to describe the care, the time, and the energy they put into recreating our house to meet their--and our--vision. The proof is in the result; two offers within 2 1/2 months, one of which was right on target; a very short time given the unusual qualities of our house,. During the negotiations with the buyer and buying agent, Corinne was in constant contact, offering superb advice that probably saved us thousands of dollars. We fortunately had a very accommodating buyer, but the process was not without tense moments, and Corinne was a calming, rational voice that guided us through to closing. Not only do we think we found the best team in the business, we also all became good friends, and, having bought and sold numerous homes over the years, that's a rare but delightful benefit. Quite simple, Corinne and her team are the best; we are so lucky we found them. We are thrilled and grateful that we found Corinne.

We abandoned the only home we’d ever owned when we abruptly moved across the country in pursuit of a lifestyle change. Leaving our most valuable investment in Corinne Savage's capable hands was the right thing to do. Corinne and her team hustled to make our house shine on the market and get it sold quickly so that it wouldn’t sit vacant throughout the cold holiday season. Corinne coordinated painting and repairs and provided top-to-bottom staging to make the property appeal to more buyers. The complimentary staging of every room in the house saved us thousands of dollars and added thousands to our asking price. Corinne’s marketing and photographs were very effective, and she even hosted back-to-back open houses to accommodate Sunday football fans. Soon we had multiple, above-asking offers—we closed just one month after our moving truck pulled out of the neighborhood! Not only was the end result agreeable, but the process was smooth and easy. Corinne’s calm tone and professionalism brought tranquility to a very chaotic period of our lives—we were stressed about a lot of things, but not about our house. My house sale was a truly excellent experience due to Corinne Savage. This was my third sale over 10 years, and it was by far the most rewarding, easy, and streamlined. Corinne was very organized and as a result I did not worry about anything. I followed her advice, and trusted her judgment on pricing, updates, and timing. The result far exceeded my expectations. We conducted a long distance transaction - Corinne Savage handled every aspect of the sale of our home with speed, knowl edge, professionalism, patience, and courtesy. We were very pleased with Corinne - she definitely went above and beyond to get our home sold - to include long distance communications with us, the sellers, AND the buyers (we were both on the west coast), expertly (and patiently) dealing with tenants that were renting our home, making sure they were not inconvenienced terribly during the whole sales process and maintenance/fixing up of the home (after having tenants living there for years) to make it sellable. Again - we were absentee sellers, Corinne conducted all aspects of the sale of our home expertly!! Corinne communicated regularly with us for 9 months before we finally gave her the go ahead to list the house. She was consistently available, supporti ve, and able to work with my husband and me and even our children on the one househunting trip when we brought them. She understood the market and was able to explain it clearly to us, so that we could have confidence in our dealings with other agents at properties that interested us.
