About Me

Experience

I am a full-time Realtor in Maryland with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, which includes a position as a manager and settlement officer of a title company. This experience has provided me knowledge of the home-buying and selling processes from start to finish, which allows me to guide my clients all the way to the settlement table and make the transition as seamless as possible.

I specialize in residential, new construction, land developing, short sales, foreclosures, rehabs and have knowledge of loan products and title insurance.

Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, looking for an investment property or to build your dream home, I am here to guide you along the way.

Christy was able to get us in to see potential pro perties on short notice and helped us discover what we really wanted in a "home", not just trying to sell us a "house" which is important. Through her we discovered the things that are important to us that we hadn't even considered and discarded things that we thought that were important that really don't matter.
