We asked him if he could meet us the next day, Sunday. Chris said "absolutely", he was at my house that next day and on time! To me, this shows a high level of commitment to customers. Prior to meeting Chris we had another agent. We quickly learned that she was not necessarily as hands-on as we would ha ve liked and upon meeting Chris we knew immediately we wanted to change agents. We chose Chris because of his knowledge of the market and his willingness to ask questions, but more importantly, Chris was extremely friendly and made us feel as if we were more than just "business" to him.
