About Cathy

I am a dedicated real estate professional who has lived in Charles County for over 25 years with my husband, Dan, and our two children. Throughout this time, I have always been involved in the community, either volunteering my time with the Hospice organization or working in the school system. Prior to being a realtor, I was a program manager for government contracts. This job was the foundation for building my communication and customer service skills which are so critical when working with clients in buying or selling property.

In addition to resales, I represent Dan, who is the owner of Stottlemyer Homes, which has specialized in building premier custom homes in Charles County for over 30 years. I work side by side with Dan and my clients throughout the building process, helping them create and build their dream home. I understand all aspects of the building process and everything that goes into creating a custom home. This knowledge is very important when working with clients, allowing me to understand what needs to be done and making it possible for me to address their needs and answer any questions they have.

      When I first spoke to Cathy she was extremely easy to talk with and understanding of what I needed and I had a very limi ted budget and she made me feel like my budget didn't matter she could still help me find a home and she did she worked hard at finding something I could afford and always made time for me on the phone and driving to properties she did a wonderful job as far as I'm concerned I couldn't have picked a better person to have done the job she did She was very good about pointing out all my options and showing me things I would have overlooked she was extremely attentive of what I was looking for and I felt she was truly looking out for my best interest
