About Cathy

I am a dedicated real estate professional who has lived in Charles County for over 25 years with my husband, Dan, and our two children. Throughout this time, I have always been involved in the community, either volunteering my time with the Hospice organization or working in the school system. Before being a realtor, I was a program manager for government contracts. This job laid the foundation for my communication and customer service skills, which are critical when working with clients to buy or sell property.

In addition to resales, I represent Dan, who is the owner of Stottlemyer Homes, which has specialized in building premier custom homes in Charles County for over 30 years. I work side by side with Dan and my clients throughout the building process, helping them create and build their dream home. I understand all aspects of the building process and everything involved in creating a custom home. This knowledge is very important when working with clients, allowing me to understand what needs to be done and to address their needs and answer any questions they have.
