      I would strongly recommend using Barb Tokay for your real estate purchase. She really cares about her clients, understa nds the ins-and-outs, and gets the job done. Going through the process Barb was able to guide us through the process and make sure that our home was right for us the day moved into it. She pushed for all items to be closed out in the inspection report and got the job done. Barb is patient and listens to her clients needs. When you make the decision to buy, Barb is there to fight for you every step of the way.

      I believe Barb went above and beyond on this transaction. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate and always though t that having to deal with agents was a waste of money since I ended up doing much of the work myself. This was definitely NOT the case in working with Barb. She earned every cent of her commission. She worked round the clock; she made me feel like I was her only client [and I know I wasn't]; and ended up making the best deal we could under the circumstances. Barb is a real professional.

      Barb Tokay was an angel in my time of need. I live on the opposite coast of the country and my renters gave me 2 months notice that they would be vacating and moving out of the area. Knowing I could not be there in person to get things done to sell the property, Barb took over with no hesitation. She coordinated the repairs that needed to be done and checked on the house regularly since she knew it was vacant. She had all the contacts and knew what needed to be done. There is no way I could have sold my property without her patience and help. Barb definitely went above and beyond the duties of any realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
