      I initially came to Southern Maryland on house-hunting leave from California. My fiancé ad I only had a few days to see the area and find a house, as we would be relocating shortly after. After attempting to search the area on our own, we contacted Anne on a Saturday in desperate need of help and with only two days left to find a house. Anne met us first thing the next day, reviewed the optioned with us in her office, and then drove us to all the houses we wanted to see. Luckily, we found a house before we traveled back to California. While we were waiting to move, Anne worked tirelessly to ensure we would meet our closing date when we finally arrived in the area. At closing she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order and continued to follow-up after we had finished buying the house to make sure that we had everything we need as we settled into the area. We have since settled in our new home and continue to receive help and recommendation from Anne. I HIGHLY recommend working with Anne to anyone looking to purchase a home in St. Mary’s County.       We were very pleased with the way Anne handled the sale of our home. She got the job done not withstanding the poor mar ket, challenging area, and challenging Buyer financial qualifications on more than one occasion. We are Florida residents and this was rental property (previously primary residence) so it required a little more help from Anne in a number of areas. Anne had quick contacts for getting some minor repairs done which helped a lot. Anne knows the market, has great contacts with other agents outside of Century 21 along with super communication skills. It is easy to see why she consistently out performs her peers.
