About Anissa

I am a full-time agent that makes a personal commitment to excellence for my clients in and around St. Mary’s, Calvert, Charles and Prince George’s Counties. I also understand the difficulties of moving from another state. I can help with the relocation of a military family’s transition of finding the perfect home to grow roots in the community or purchasing a home for the first time. Previously, I was the Housing Coordinator for the American Embassy in Morocco, a Senior Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics, and over 29 years in sales and marketing experience.

I am well-known across the professional community for my ability to build new business and for my strengths in retaining an existing client base. With more than 14 years of work experience as a full-time REALTOR® and 29 years of experience in prior sales and customer service, I have assembled an extensive network of professional contacts and resources, including lenders, contractors and service providers who quickly satisfy the needs of my clients, which results in rapid sales and closings.

      I interview a few realtors prior to talking with Anissa regarding the sale of my home. The deciding factor to sign with Anissa was her demeanor. She was understood my situation and provided excellent ideas to quickly sale the home. Anissa remained positive throughout the entire process and never said something she was not able to complete. There was never a point through this process I was not aware of what was going on. Anissa far exceeded my expatiations of communication. There was never a point I was not aware of what was going from the first listing, contract signing, house inspection and repair work needed.       The professionalism and attention to detail that Anissa showed me during my search and purchase exceeded my expectations . She kept me updated daily and always checked in to see if everything was ok or if there was anything else she could do. I never once had to reach out to her to ask or find out anything.       Anissa is very knowledgeable about the Real Estate process in Maryland and what it takes to market a home. She is very detail oriented when it comes to showing and marketing, she will get you the most value for your home when its time to sell. Throughout the entire process from first email to phone call saying that the house sold and was recorded. Anissa was feeding the details to us via text, email, and voice, making sure to keep us informed. Her timely responses to each detail allowed us to concentrate on moving our family and not worry about the details of the sale which was a huge stress reducer. If you are moving in or out of state on a long distance or military move Anissa will be there to look out for your real estate interests.

      Anissa really knows her business. She knows the area and understands your needs. She will listen to you and work to pr ovide whatever it takes. We wanted to make some immediate improvements to the property and Anissa arranged for use to meet with several local contractors to discuss and get quotes. She meet with us multiple times to view the property. She provided detailed information of the area, such things as places to eat, sites to see, shopping, entertainment, and a general overview of what to expect.       I think patient stands out here. Anissa showed me about two dozen properties before I left for about a year and a half of Army training. When I got back, she was more than happy to pick back up where we left off. She also worked with me as I changed and refined my requirements during the searching process. Anissa went above and beyond to help out a unique situation I found myself in during closing. I found out around 1700 the day prior to closing that I no longer could make the signing in person. Anissa worked with FCM and a close friend of mine to work out granting my friend limited power of attorney to stand in my place and keep the sale on track. She never missed a beat.

      Anissa always made herself available for walkthroughs with the builder and showed an incredible attention to detail. As out of town buyers, she went above and beyond by acting as our surrogate and attending meetings in town on our behalf. Anissa went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue with our builder about an added deck. She worked extensively with us to understand our needs and negotiate a favorable outcome.
