She also has seven years of renovation experience under her belt, bringing hands-on knowledge to her buyer and seller’s home projects — including the complete renovation of a historic commercial property in downtown Martinsburg, WV. A true project manager at heart, she values clear communication over everything and loves creating experiences for clients that feel authentic. As a real estate investor herself — including a short-term rental in The Woods — she knows what it takes to win a deal in today’s ever-changing market.

Alexa’s roots run deep on both sides of the Potomac. As a lifelong Northern Virginia resident, she grew up watching the local market evolve in Loudoun and Fairfax counties. Her work has since expanded into Jefferson and Berkeley counties in West Virginia, where she brings that same sharp market instincts and genuine love of the region to clients looking to plant roots or build wealth just across the state line. When she’s not helping people find their dream homes, you can find Alexa trying new restaurants, working on her farm, or curling up with a good book. Alexa resides in Lovettsville, VA with her husband Andy and their rescue hound Penny.
