Born and raised in Southern Maryland and a proud graduate of Northern High School, Dawn has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping her neighbors achieve their homeownership dreams.

Dawn began her career in 1998 as a Mortgage Loan Processor, gaining valuable insight into the financing side of real estate. In 2011, she advanced to the role of Mortgage Loan Settlement Officer, further strengthening her expertise in navigating complex transactions. Her comprehensive understanding of both the mortgage and real estate processes gives her clients a distinct competitive edge—whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

She specializes in VA loans and takes great pride in serving those who have served our country. Dawn is especially passionate about guiding Veterans through every step of the homeownership journey, ensuring they feel confident and supported from start to finish. She also loves working with first-time homebuyers, helping them turn the dream of homeownership into reality with clarity and confidence.

Dawn proudly serves clients throughout Calvert, St. Mary’s, Charles, Anne Arundel, and Prince George’s counties, providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized service across Southern Maryland and beyond.

When she’s not working with clients, Dawn enjoys spending time with her beloved Shih Tzu, Maggie Mae. She has a passion for classic cars, loves antiquing, and cherishes quality time with friends and family.
