About Lynn

Highly experienced real estate broker licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with 22+ years in the real estate industry of Central Virginia. I specialize in Residential, Commercial, & Land Listings & Sales. I absolutely love getting to know clients and helping them achieve all their real estate goals. Navigating clients through the entire real estate buying and selling process is a huge responsibility that I handle as a true professional from the beginning through settlement. My skills have been sharpened by many years of very challenging real estate transactions. I pride myself on my eye for detail in everything I do, my very strong negotiating skills, and my vast network of contacts. Combined, I bring a seamless process to buying and selling any kind of real estate. Clients know they can trust me to sell their existing property for top dollar and to find them the perfect property that meets all their qualifications. I love the challenge of the entire process.

I’ve lived in Virginia since moving here in 1995 with the Marine Corps. I am from the beautiful state of North Carolina and hold a degree in Business & Art from Appalachian State University. I grew up in a family of commercial engineers on a large farm with horses.

I opened a fitness center when I moved to Virginia & became very involved in our local & state legislative processes for 15+ years, as well as with surrounding communities as a volunteer. I have served on many boards over the years, including Zoning Appeals, State Monument Preservation of Virginia Women, Transportation, and my local Board of Realtors, in various capacities.

I am a full-time Real Estate Broker who is devoted to providing professional real estate advice and service to my clients, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
