Julia Foard-Lynch is a Native Virginian, licensed in the Commonwealth since 2005. Over the years, she has served her clients all over Northern Virginia and the Greater Piedmont areas of the state. In 2021, Julia branched out and formed Cornerstone Realty Team, LLC. In retrospect, the timing for building the team was perfect as together they serve a nationwide builder as well as their individual clients. In their first year of working collectively, they ranked the #1 team for Century 21 New Millennium Gainesville and have been awarded the Quality Service Team Award, two years in a row. In 2022, the team was awarded Washingtonian Top Residential Real Estate Producers 2022, Top 25 CENTURY 21 Team in Virginia 2021, 2022. Our goal is to provide knowledge, experience and a customer service level that is second to none. We strive to work professionally and with the highest standards of character and integrity.
Julia’s background in Interior Design is what ultimately led her into Real Estate. She loves the process of transforming homes and then watching how quickly they sell, in any market, not just the post-2020 market! Her Interior Design experience, combined with 18 years in Real Estate, offers her clients, the best of both worlds! She has seen all facets of the Real Estate market and knows how to navigate her clients through all market conditions. Julia says that while she loves many aspects of the business, her favorite part is the relationships that she forms along the way and sharing the joy as people celebrate their hard work and accomplishment of home ownership. Whether it’s a first home, a forever home or anything in between, it’s always a momentous and exciting moment in people’s lives!
Cody Scarsella is a former special education teacher and the wife of a law enforcement officer; Cody understands what it means to serve others while wearing many hats. As a teacher, she learned to juggle various tasks and overcome unforeseen challenges all while maintaining focus on the objectives. She is flexible and always ready to tackle any obstacles that come her way, as she understands first-hand how quickly things can change. Her passion is serving others and she is committed to helping others achieve their real estate dreams as the administrator for the Cornerstone Realty Team.
Jack Lynch, II is a licensed REALTOR®, showing assistant, and personal security guard! Jack will often show properties and accompany the team to showings all over Northern Virginia. As a retired Marine, Jack has a unique understanding of military life, deployments, and PCS moves. He serves our clients with the same commitment with which he served our country and is an invaluable asset to the team.
Jeff George spent 16 years in the corporate world and has an extensive background in sales and management. He came to Real Estate because of a desire to work for himself and have more control over his business. Communication is his biggest strength, and he can do it in four languages: English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi! Jeff values the relationship-building side of Real Estate and is a wonderful addition to the team.
Michelle Thompson has been in the real estate business for almost 9 years, so she understands the importance of creative thinking, organization, and detailed communication. Being a mom to three boys, she has mastered the art of multi-tasking and she prides herself on her ability to remain calm and level-headed in a fast-paced environment. Amanda Mitchell and her family relocated to Northern Virginia in 2015. After numerous moves with her husband and children, she feels she has found a wonderful place to settle and raise her family.
