For the seventh consecutive year, Todd Hetherington, CEO and Co-Owner of NM Management, Inc., has been ranked among the Most Powerful People in Residential Real Estate, according to the newly published Swanepoel Trending Report. The SP200 (Swanepoel Power 200) is the definitive ranking of residential real estate’s top leaders produced and published annually by the Swanepoel T3 Group.

The Swanepoel Power 200 Report recognizes 200 of the real estate industry’s most influential thought leaders and senior executives. Leaders are evaluated based on the office they hold, the decision-making power associated with the office, the financial resources at their disposal, their organization’s industry significance and geographical reach, public announcements about imminent changes, their tenure and their personal influence in the industry.

With his business partner, Mary Lynn Stone, President and Co-Owner of NM Management, Inc., Hetherington has led the Northern Virginia-based full-service real estate brokerage to become the top producing CENTURY 21® organization in the world five times this decade. Century 21 Real Estate, franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21 brand, comprised of approximately 10,000 independently owned and operated franchised broker offices in 83 countries and territories worldwide with more than 131,000 independent sales professionals.

“I am honored to be included in this select Swanepoel Power list of industry leaders again this year,” Hetherington said, “I encourage you to look beyond the numbers and stats, and understand that they represent the thousands of families we have had the good fortune to work with during the year. Our desire is that each transaction be driven by a commitment to provide the best real estate service available anywhere in the industry.”

According to the Washington Business Journal, CENTURY 21 New Millennium ranks among the top five Residential Real Estate Brokerages in the Greater Washington Area, as ranked by 2019 Metro-area sales volume. The company generated more than $3 billion in sales in 2019, and has 21 locations and approximately 900 real estate professionals serving clients in the Washington, D.C. region that includes portions of Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
