Mr. Burke brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience from more than 30 years in managerial and leadership positions in the profession. Kevin began his career as a sales associate in Arizona while attending Arizona State University. After moving to San Diego, Calif., he became a top producing agent and assistant manager with Prudential California Realty. While there, he graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Real Estate Transactions.
He has served as President of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® and was a member of the Association’s Grievance, Ethics and Professional Standards committees. Mr. Burke was a regional director of the California Association of REALTORS®, a Member of their Legal Affairs Forum, and chaired the North San Diego County SANDICOR (Multiple Listing Service) Advisory Committee. He served on a multitude of other MLS/Computer and Business Technology Committees and was Vice Chair of the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee. Mr. Burke most recently served as a member of the California Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee.
Mr. Burke has taught extensively covering subjects pertinent to all sales associates including Code of Ethics, Marketing, Legal Aspects, Practices and Principles, Property Management, and Multiple Listing Service tools. During his career, he has been a successful trainer, team leader and productivity coach with several nationally-known franchise organizations.
Kevin grew up in Northern Virginia and currently resides with his family in Prince William County.
