ALEXANDRIA, July 11 — REAL Trends, Inc. this week recognized six CENTURY 21 New Millennium agents and 11 teams among the very best in the Greater D.C. area in the 2018 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list. The list, now in its sixth year, ranks the most productive agents by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume.

Earlier this year, CENTURY 21 New Millennium earned top marks in the 2018 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, ranking second among all residential real estate firms in the Greater D.C. metropolitan area with 7,833 closed sides, and third with $3.01 billion in sales volume in 2017. Furthermore, New Millennium was ranked No. 58 in the nation in volume and No. 68 in closed sides in the Real Trends 500. And, in June, NM was one of 150 companies in Greater D.C. (No. 10 overall) to be named a 2018 Top Workplace by The Washington Post.

“With this week’s release of the 2018 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, an elite group of real estate agents across the country are receiving well-deserved recognition. These sales associates have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field,” said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends.

“The accomplishments of these exceptional agents and teams serve to motivate others, not just within their individual offices and not just other agents in our organization,” said Todd Hetherington, CEO of CENTURY 21 New Millennium. “It’s what happens over time when commitment to excellence teams up with hard work.”

“We are very proud of these ‘America’s Best’ members of our great team, and there are many others we expect to see on future lists,” said Mary Lynn Stone, President of CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Hetherington and Stone are co-owners of NM Management, Inc., C21NM’s parent organization.
